    Johncera's ceramic ball valves adopt a surface contact sealing structure between ball bodies and valve seats. The sealing surface is well polished with high roundness and accuracy. ANSI VI sealing level achieved.
  • Self-lubrication

    With precise ground surface between ball bodies and valve seats, Johncera's ceramic ball valves are self-lubricated in the On/Off process with slight resistance and smooth On/Off switch.

    Since Johncera's ceramic ball valves are self-lubricated, therefore they have low torque value and easy to switch.

Product Details

Johncera's FCQ ceramic lined ball valve has a basic structure design suitable for corrosive and abrasive media in most industrial applications. Including power plant slag discharge, pulverized coal conveying, flue gas desulfurization (FGD), mining industry’s slurry conveying, chlor-alkali chemical industry, etc.


The FCQ ceramic lined ball valve has a floating ceramic seat design and uses sealing rings to compensate for the sealing performance elastically. It reaches sealing class VI, the highest sealing level that guarantees zero leakage. 

PS.Our ceramic ball valve is an industrial valve specially designed for polysilicon transportation, slurry transportation, blanking transportation and other harsh working conditions, and there are V-shaped and O-shaped valve balls for you to choose.
