    Advanced ceramics' ultra-high hardness allows Johncera's ceramic valves to operate against the erosion of solid particles in fluid flow. Also, the conveying medium will not be contaminated by the peeling material caused by scouring.

    Leakage

    Johncera's ceramic ball valves adopt a surface contact sealing structure between ball bodies and valve seats. The sealing surface is well polished with high roundness and accuracy. ANSI VI sealing level achieved.
  • Self-lubrication

    With precise ground surface between ball bodies and valve seats, Johncera's ceramic ball valves are self-lubricated in the On/Off process with slight resistance and smooth On/Off switch.
  • Low Torque

    Since Johncera's ceramic ball valves are self-lubricated, therefore they have low torque value and easy to switch.

Product Details

1、Face Seal 

The valve adopts plane double face sealing structure between sliding disc and seats, and its installation is unrestricted by flow direction. 


2、Self-cleaning 

During the opening and closing process for the valve, shearing movement will be generated between sliding disc and seats, then it will take media into pipe-line, ensuring body cavity is without accumulated materials.

 

3、High Strength 

The open and close for the valve are finished by linear motion with small friction coefficient. The valve is suitable used for high temperature & pressure working conditions. 


4、Zero Leakage 

The back of the seats are equipped with automatic compensation system, which has the selfgrinding property and realize zero leakage.

Desulfurization unit, Lime & lime slurry, gypsum, filtrate, etc.

Chemical plant

Various acid, metal slurry, body, polymer, TiO2slurry, TiCl4, feci2, corrosive agent, mixed liquid, etc.

Paper mill

NaOH, filtrate, talcum powder, etc.

 

Applicable medium: lime, gypsum slurry, black water, ash water, coal ash and other high wear media.
